How do I get the files after I buy?
Checkout happens on Etsy. Right after payment Etsy shows a Download button, and the files stay in your Etsy account under Purchases & Reviews. Download on a computer or phone browser – the Etsy app does not download files.
Do they work in Google Sheets and Google Docs?
Yes. Spreadsheets open in Excel or Google Sheets, documents in Word or Google Docs, and the finished forms print to PDF. Every download has a Start Here PDF that shows how to open it either way.
Can I put my logo and company info on them?
Yes – that is the point. Every pack has a company block you fill in once, and the documents are fully editable. There is no watermark and no subscription.
What is the difference between the blank template and the example?
Every pack comes with a blank template to use on your jobs and a filled-in example job, so you can see exactly how it is meant to read before you start.
What if something does not open or I get stuck?
Because the files are digital, Etsy purchases can not be returned – but if a file does not open or you are stuck, message us through Etsy and we will sort it out, usually within a day.
Are the contracts legal advice?
No. They are well-organized starting points written for how each trade goes wrong, with a checklist to review with your own attorney – rules differ by state. See our disclaimer.
