Bought on Payhip
Payhip emails your download link the second the payment clears, including Stripe and card checkouts.
- Check the inbox of the email you used at checkout for the receipt from Payhip.
- Check spam and promotions folders. The receipt lands there often.
- The download link in that receipt stays valid, so you can re-download from it.
Bought on Etsy
Etsy delivers your download (or Canva access link) instantly through your Etsy account.
- Sign in to Etsy and open You, then Purchases and reviews.
- Hit the Download Files button on the order.
- Your Etsy order confirmation email carries the same link.
Didn’t get it
Send your order over and I’ll fix it
No delivery email, a broken link, or the wrong file. That’s on us to fix. Fill this in and it opens an email straight to the operator. You do not need an access code: your order number or the email you paid with is enough.
