Our templates are instant digital downloads. Here’s exactly when a refund applies and how to request one — in plain language.
7-day technical-issue guarantee
If a file won’t open, download, or work as described because of a defect on our side, email us within 7 days and we’ll fix it or refund it — your choice.
Why digital sales are normally final
Because our products are delivered instantly as digital files (Excel, Google Sheets, Word, PDF, and Canva templates), once a file has been delivered it generally cannot be “returned.” For that reason, all sales are final once the file is delivered — with the important exception below.
When you’ll get a refund or replacement
Technical issues — within 7 days. If you can’t open, download, or use a template because of a technical defect on our end — a corrupted file, a broken download link, missing pages, or a format that doesn’t work the way the listing described — email zwickdemarcus@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase. We’ll either send a working replacement or refund your purchase. Your call.
To help us fix it fast, include your order number (from Etsy or Payhip) and a quick description of what went wrong.
What isn’t covered
- Change of mind. Listings include screenshots, file formats, and a description of what’s inside — please review them before buying.
- Disclosed incompatibility. If a listing already notes a requirement or limitation (for example, a Canva-based kit, or a template that isn’t a state-statutory legal form), that’s not grounds for a refund.
- State-specific legal forms. Our Lien Waiver Pack and similar legal-form templates clearly state that some U.S. states require a specific statutory form and ours is a starting point, not that statutory form. Confirming fit for your state is the buyer’s responsibility.
Buying through Etsy or Payhip
Etsy and Payhip each run their own refund and dispute systems. If you bought through one of those platforms and open a dispute there, we honor the platform’s decision. This policy and our Terms continue to govern the license and use of the template file itself.
How to request a refund
Email zwickdemarcus@gmail.com within 7 days with your order number and the issue. We usually reply within one to two business days. You can also reach us through the contact page.
